Yes — a private, locked garage in the building is available to our guests. No hunting for a parking spot.

Yes — a shared pool in the residence garden, with chairs and a shaded area. Open from mid-June to mid-September. Free for our guests.

900 metres — about a 10-minute easy walk. La Mata beach is a wide, sandy 3.5 km stretch with a Blue Flag.
Is there WiFi?+
Yes — fast 300 Mbps fibre, perfect for Netflix, video calls and remote work.
How do we get the keys?+
In person. We'll come to open the apartment, show you around, answer your questions. At check-out we also collect the keys personally — while checking the apartment.
Is the apartment child-friendly?+
Of course! A baby cot and high chair are waiting in the apartment — free of charge. La Mata beach has a gentle slope — perfect for the little ones.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Bookings are final — no cancellations. We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you in case of unforeseen events.
What are the check-in / check-out times?+
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Check-out: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Need different hours? Contact us, we'll sort it out.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — a refundable €150 cash deposit is collected on arrival. Returned in full at check-out, once the apartment is checked.
Is there a quiet-hours policy?+
Yes — quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, per building rules.
Can we host a party?+
No — parties are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette events and loud gatherings.
Can I smoke in the apartment?+
No — smoking is strictly forbidden inside. You may smoke on the balcony.
Can I bring a pet?+
Unfortunately no — pets are not accepted.
Is the apartment accessible for people with disabilities?+
Yes — there is a lift in the building and the space is designed to be wheelchair accessible.
